Returns Policy

If an item(s) require a refund due to a change of mind it is the customers responsibility to send the item back in the same condition as it was received. The items must not have been washed or worn. Once the item has been received back to us the refund will be processed, minus the postage. Items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt.

Refunds cannot be given for personalised or custom orders, this includes items where different colour options are given for cuffs, linings etc outside of the standard options, or sizes have been altered from the standard pattern, unless the item is faulty and cannot be fixed.

Orders can be amended after they’ve been placed so long as the order has not been started. Any extra costs due to an amendment of an order must be covered by the customer. To make any changes to your order send an email via the website or a dm via instagram with your order number to do so.

If an exchange is required the customer must cover any additional charges.

If an item is faulty upon receipt please get in contact via the contact page to discuss the refund/repair process.

It is the customers responsibility to post the item(s) back and refunds will be made, including postage costs in the case of a faulty item, once the item has been posted back and received.

In some instances a repair service may be offered and will be discussed upon contact.
